# Credit Agreements MCP

CredCore Liquid is published as a Claude connector and a ChatGPT plugin,
installable as a Gemini CLI extension, and available as a plain MCP server for
any other client that supports MCP.

## Add to Claude

1. In Claude, open **Settings → Connectors → Add → Browse connectors**.
2. Search **credcore** or **tusk liquid**.
3. Select **CredCore - Tusk Liquid** and click **Add**.
4. Authorize when redirected — sign in with your CredCore Liquid account.

## Add to ChatGPT

1. In ChatGPT, open **Plugins** (profile menu → Plugins).
2. Search **credcore**.

## Add to Gemini CLI

1. Run the command above in your terminal.
2. Start a session with `gemini`, then run `/mcp auth credcore-liquid` and sign
   in with your CredCore Liquid account.

## Connect any other MCP client

CredCore Liquid is a standard MCP server over streamable HTTP. Add it to Claude
Code, Cursor, Windsurf, VS Code, or any other MCP-compatible client using the
connector URL below.

1. Create a CredCore Liquid account at https://liquid.credcore.com — you sign in
   with this account when connecting.
2. In your client, find the setting to add a custom MCP server or connector
   (name and location vary by client).
3. Paste the connector URL above and connect.
4. Authorize when redirected — sign-in opens in your browser, then your client
   can query the data.

Authorization is OAuth 2.1 with PKCE and Dynamic Client Registration, scope
`deals.read`. Protected-resource metadata (RFC 9728) is served at
`https://api.credcore.com/.well-known/oauth-protected-resource/liquid-mcp/mcp`.

## Three tools

| Tool | What it does |
| --- | --- |
| `query_sql` | Run a single read-only `SELECT` / `WITH … SELECT` over the deals database. Supports regex helpers and pagination for large result sets. |
| `search_values` | Full-text search across clause text, with optional section, datapoint, and deal-name filters. Returns ranked snippets. |
| `lookup_columns` | Resolve a datapoint title to its column and a plain-language definition of what the value means and how it is shaped. |

All three are read-only, idempotent, non-destructive, and closed-world.

## Try these prompts

- "How many credit agreements are in the dataset, and how many are dated 2022 or
  later?" — Claude calls `query_sql`: counts the deals and filters by document year.
- "Find clauses that mention EBITDA in the Investments section." — Claude calls
  `search_values`: returns matching clause snippets from that section.
- "What does the 'Leverage Ratio' datapoint mean, and which column holds it?" —
  Claude calls `lookup_columns`: returns the column and its plain-language definition.
- "Compare the Restricted Payments general limit across two named deals." —
  Claude calls `query_sql`: pulls that datapoint for each deal side by side.
